- See active diagnostics
- Clear and view logged diagnostics
- Print reports and diagnostic results
- Use Data Logger to record real-time data
- Calibrate key components to ensure maximum operating efficiency
- Display current totals information (i.e. fuel consumption, operating hours, etc.)
- Upload new software (injector files and cylinder files) to ECM’s
- View previously recorded data logs to monitor trends in your equipment’s health
- Review logged event codes to show engine overspeeds, high temperatures, and more
- John Deere Service Advisor
John Deere Service Advisor is a subscription-based digital tool for equipment owners and independent repair shops that provides access to technical and diagnostic manuals, and allows for machine diagnostics, code clearing, and limited calibrations. It includes a digital database, a machine interface tool (like the Electronic Data Link – EDL), and can be used to perform remote diagnostics through the John Deere dealer network to maximize equipment uptime.- Digital Manuals: Access to a database of operator, diagnostic, and technical manuals.
- Machine Interface: Ability to connect to machines to clear/refresh codes, take diagnostic readings, and perform limited calibrations.
- Remote Diagnostics: Allows dealers to remotely analyze diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) to diagnose potential issues before they cause downtime.
- Repairability: Empowers users to complete more repairs and get a better understanding of their equipment.
- Availability: Offered through John Deere dealers and can be purchased online.
What’s included in a subscription
- A one-year license for the web application and/or downloaded application.
- Access to a data library, which may require an additional USB drive for downloaded applications.
- Support from a John Deere dealer.
- Connection tools, such as the Electronic Data Link (EDL), are sold separately.
